We have a team of experienced trainers on site to help you through every stage of your training. Our coaches are USA Weightlifting certified, holding qualifications in weightlifting and strength & conditioning. Always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will inspire and train you to your goals!
Chelsea is a co-owner of Project Lift and 16 year veteran of Olympic weightlifting. As a coach, Chelsea has built Project Lift’s National team and designed all of the programmings for both our online and in-house athletes. As an athlete, Chelsea has been on 4 international teams, (insert medal and places in bigger meets)
Drew is a co-owner or Project Lift and 14 year veteran of coaching athletes. As a coach, Drew has been a personal coach at the 2015 World Championship and has helped 2012 Olympian Holley Mangold through training from 2011 to 2016. He has also led multiple athletes to national competitions. As an athlete, Drew placed his highest of 4th at a national competition.
Tyler has been working with athletes from various sports for over 6 years. As a coach, Tyler brings collegiate strength and conditioning experience to our athletes. Utilizing his strength and conditioning experience Tyler has brought the gym a stronger foundation in regards to programming and structure. Setting our athletes up to be their best. As an athlete, Tyler has competed for multiple local competition and has qualified for the regional competition bracket.
Stephanie brings the experience of multiple strength sports to our athletes. As a coach, Stephanie has experience in bodybuilding, power lifting and now Olympic Weightlifting. She has had success across the board in all of those sports. As a weightlifting athlete, Stephanie has climbed the ranks over the course of three years, earning her qualification to the national level.
Adrian is the head coach of CrossFit Endeavor and has a deeper experience in endurance training. As a coach, he leads our ability to condition our athletes appropriately without taking them away from their weight lifting goals. As an athlete, Adrian has competed in a number of local competitions and has earned his national qualification total.
Crysta brings high-level experience from gymnastics, cheer, CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. As a coach, Crysta is able to help athletes of all different skill levels connect with their movement and make the appropriate adjustments. As an athlete, Crysta has competed in a number of national competitions and has medaled at the University national level.
Chelsea brings strong strength and conditioning experience to the gym. As a coach, Chelsea is a program developer for multiple strength and fitness gyms in the city and has helped our athletes find the right mix to reach their goals. As an athlete, Chelsea has competed at multiple local competitions.
Nick brings a passion for Olympic weightlifting born out of CrossFit. Nick has developed a successful Olympic weightlifting program at CrossFit Westerville and helps our athletes navigate between CrossFit and Weightlifting based on their goals. As an athlete, Nick has completed multiple local competitions.
Aaron is the co-owner of Endeavor Defense and Fitness. As a coach, Aaron has brought key insight into helping CrossFit athletes find the right mix for improving their weight lifting based on their CrossFit goals. He has also brought great experience from strongman and powerlifting training that has helped our athlete build stronger foundations. As an athlete, Aaron has competed at multiple local competitions.
