WELCOME TO PROJECT LIFT’S GYM
Project Lift produces exceptional results by effectively programming volume, intensity and exercise selection based on your goals. Olympic weightlifting movements are the program of choice for many fire fighters, MMA fighters, Olympians, Special Forces personnel, triathletes, and everyday people looking to improve their fitness and quality of life. Our Programming is set for you based on your goals and ability to train. During your sessions, we will focus on proper execution of all movements to achieve your goals. To maximize results we suggest you complete your weekly program prescribed doing no more than 2-3 days consecutive training followed by one day of rest. This ensures progression and physical recovery.
