WELCOME TO PROJECT LIFT
The Olympic lifts are complex and need an individual approach at the beginning! Being tossed into a group class from the start will not let you or the coach properly assess what you need as an individual to be successful…
All athletes new to Project Lift go through our start up one-on-one sessions. Each session is an hour and a half long, and through three of these one-on-one sessions we will be able to break the Olympic lifts down for you as an individual.
In addition to identifying your specific needs relating to the Olympic lifts we will also identify any issues holding your progress back. This includes an injury/movement screen, mobility for weightlifting guidance and instruction around core building for the Olympic lifts.

I can’t emphasize enough the amount I appreciate and value everything from my personal improvement, friendships and memories which I have and look forward to having at Project Lift. I am a Project Lift member because of the Coaches and the culture Drew and Chelsea has provided me and the other Athletes.With their guidance, I have gone from training with 30kg (training plates and bar) to becoming a Master National medalist. One question I get asked a lot of is what should I do first CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting? When I reflect back on my personal experience I would definitely say that learning how to properly lift will make you a better CrossFit athlete. It prevents injury and allows you to see faster improvement, which correlates to positive growth in both Sports.
Even though I’ve only been here a year, I have so many amazing memories with project lift. From meeting and training with the team to the Strongest Unicorn competition, qualifying and competing at Youth Nationals… there is just so many I could write an entire essay on them. Instead, however, I’ll just leave you with this:the people you will meet here will impact you in ways you never thought possible and change you for the better. Not only will you become a better athlete but also a better person. I know I have.

The atmosphere was clean, professional, and fun. Brylan worked with Drew Dillon, Chelsea Kyle, and Tyler Schaeffer and each one of them were able to work and connect with Brylan in a way that he understood. They met with me to find out what my goals for Brylan were,and I was extremely happy that they only increased his direction and intensity as his ability and skills allowed. Brylan was never under pressure from the coaching and always felt comfortable working toward his goals. He always looks forward to his time at Project Lift.
